Newport County have completed the signing of midfielder Harrison Biggins on a permanent deal. The 30-year-old impressed during his loan stint with the Exiles in the latter half of the 2025-26 season, featuring 21 times and scoring three goals. Biggins, who previously played for Fleetwood Town, Doncaster Rovers, and Shrewsbury Town, was released by Shrewsbury Town following the conclusion of the previous campaign. His return to Newport County comes as the club looks to improve on their 20th place finish in League Two last season.
